Konica Equipment Maintenance-Clicks & Professional Services

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) State Printing and Mail Services, is soliciting for Konica Equipment Maintenance-Clicks & Professional Services for July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered as part of the response for evaluation.

Fulfillment of the questionnaire is required and will be considered as part of the response for evaluation.

Data Security and Privacy Terms Response: The supplier must include the entire content of the Data Security and Privacy Terms (contained in Attachment C and Supplement 1) in a single section in its Proposal.  The supplier must include a statement at the beginning of the section indicating that the supplier read, understands, and agrees to all of the terms and conditions contained in the Data Security and Privacy Terms.

Please be sure to include the state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.

If there is a license agreement and/or privacy policy, please attach a copy to your response.

DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier.

Selection will be based on the response that is determined to be most advantageous to the State, pursuant to the corresponding evaluation criteria, which is attached.

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew these services for up to three additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
