This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the United States Property and Fiscal Officer for New York (USPFO-NY) intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Unitron, LP pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), soliciting from a single source. The NY National Guard intends on awarding a UFC-45M, PwrKartTM mobile frequency, WIH-100 Input Cable, and WOA-60M AC Output Cable.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to dolan.p.brammer2.civ@army.mil AND Melissa.santoro2.civ@army.mil . All responsible sources may submit a quotation and technical capabilities for the exact items listed, which, if received within 2 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by the USPFO-NY. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
