BROWNSBURG STREET DEPARTMENT AND POLICE TRAINING FACILITIES
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Brownsburg, Hendricks County, Indiana, will
receive sealed bids for the construction of the Brownsburg Street Department and Police
Training Facilities.
Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Brownsburg until 10:00 a.m. local time on
October 27, 2026, at the location identified in the Bidding Documents, at which time and
place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on October 8, 2026, at the
Council Room at Town Hall, 61 N. Green St., Brownsburg, Indiana 46112.
Project Description
The Project consists of the construction of a new municipal operations campus accessed
by an extension of Bowman Drive from Mardale Drive in Brownsburg, Indiana. Major
elements of the Work include:
* Construction of a new approximately 24,700 square foot Police Training Facility;
* Construction of a new approximately 15,000 square foot Salt Barn;
* Construction of a new approximately 26,100 square foot Street Department
Equipment Storage Building;
* Construction of the Bowman Drive extension and associated site access
improvements;
* Site grading, utilities, drainage infrastructure, paving, landscaping, and related site
improvements; and
* All labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work necessary for a complete and
operational project.
The Project will be bid as a single-prime contract.
Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents will be available beginning October 1, 2026.
Complete sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained through Repro Graphix and will be
available for purchase and download through the Repro Graphix online plan room portal.

Prospective bidders are responsible for obtaining documents directly through Repro
Graphix to ensure receipt of all addenda and bidding information.

Design Professionals
Architectural services, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Landscape
Architecture services are provided by:
American Structurepoint, Inc.
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Technology Engineering services are
provided by:
HEAPY Engineering
Bid Security and Bonds
Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount and form specified in the
Instructions to Bidders.
The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in
accordance with the Contract Documents.
Owner's Rights
No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days following the scheduled closing
time for receipt of Bids.
The Town of Brownsburg reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any
informalities or irregularities in the bidding process, and to accept the Bid deemed to be in
the best interests of the Town.
Bidder Screening
Bidder must not be debarred, suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for
participation in federally assisted programs under E.O. 12549.
