Rollup Doors and Gates Repair

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District” or “CFTOD”) is seeking a contractor to provide repair services to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operations of all styles of doors and gates throughout the district.

The District has a variety of door and gate types which includes but is not limited to, rollup doors (motorized and manual), rolling grille style, fire doors, sectional doors, hanger style doors, rolling style gates, and arm gates. All locations along with pictures are available on an ArcGIS link within the solicitation document.

Contractor must have a minimum of three (3) years of previous experience in performing the scope of services.

Contractor shall provide a reference list of at least two (2) clients where it has provided services of a similar capacity. It is at CFTOD’s discretion to determine if a Contractor is qualified based upon submitted references. Do not include The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District and Reedy Creek Energy Services as a reference.

State of Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation Certified Building (or) General Contractor.

NOTE: The District is issuing two (2) solicitations for doors and gates. One contractor will not receive the award for both solicitations. The contractor awarded this ITB# C006833 Districtwide Door and Gate Repairs will not be eligible for award on C006832 Districtwide Door and Gate Preventative Maintenance & Inspection
