Web-based Client Information Renewal - Outreach Systems

Minnesota IT Services on behalf of Minnesota Department of Employment & Economic Development (DEED) intend to renewal for 1 year/12 months their agreement with Outreach Systems for continued, uninterrupted web-based client information management system for DEED staff.

The web-based client information management system will include but is not limited to Neoserra Annual Subscription (25-User), Annual File Storage Allocation (Additional 50 Gig), Nexus Annual Service Fee, and eCenter Direct Annual Subscription. Neoserra meets the specialized qualifications of interfacing and transmitting client data on a confidential and secured basis each quarter with the EDMIS (Entrepreneurial Development Management Information System) database used by the Federal Grant Agency (US Small Business Administration).

Outreach Systems are the sole developers of this web-based client activity tracking system and reserve all rights, including without limitation license rights for their products and services. No ownership or other rights are transferable, and all trademarks, logos, and services marks (collectively, "Trademarks") contained in their products are owned and not available through third-party entities. For these reasons, the State believes this to be a single source renewal.
