Description
The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's
intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to CLIMAX PORTABLE for
1 CLIMAX 105215 FLANGE FACER, MODEL FF8200 ID CHUCK HYD TURNING ARM C-WEIGHT METAL 1ea
2 HP 93724 LAPTOP, MODEL HP1000 208-230V CONTROLS PENDANT C050 H050 1ea. The Government
intends to negotiate solely with CLIMAX PORTABLE under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). A Request For
Information was posted to the Government Point of Entry on 9/18/2024 until 10/9/2024 for the following
Requirement for the Flange Facer and HPU of Armored Military Vehicles.

-Magnetic back allowing for convenient positioning of the pendant and preventing pendant from
falling.

*Laptop is custom built for OEM and cannot be bought from HP commercially. Must purchase through
Climax to ensure form fit function with machinery
