This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Hinton (“the Municipality”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide professional labour negotiation services and to act as Lead Negotiator for the negotiation of a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with Unifor Local 855, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The successful proponent will provide strategic advice, research, costing, and direct representation of the Municipality at the bargaining table, with the objective of successfully negotiating a renewed Collective Bargaining Agreement prior to the expiry of the current agreement on December 31, 2026.
