Sealed bids must be submitted on attached county form. Envelopes must be sealed and
clearly marked as "RFB for 410 W. Upton Ave." Bids due by Tuesday, July 14, at 2:00 p.m.
when they will be publicly opened and read. Osceola County reserves the right to accept or reject
all bids in whole or in part.
