The contractor is to provide Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) services to include Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS Line), Primary Rate Interchange (PRI) (mileage/station link included), Direct Inward Dialing/Direct Outward Dialing (DID/DOD) (Blocks of 20), to the Department of Veterans Affairs in Oakhurst, California. This award was made on a sole-source basis to Sierra Telephone Company, Inc, due to no other contractor having the capability to provide the limited resources in the current geographical location.
