Description:

The Contractor shall provide Fire Alarm Monitoring, Installation, Testing and Cellular Monitoring Services and will be compensated in accordance with the rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, materials, supplies, travel and per diem, insurance, equipment, set-up fees and any other item of expense necessary to perform fire alarm monitoring services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Deuel Vocational Institution (DVI) located at 23500 Kasson Road, Tracy, CA 95304.
