Description

The purpose of this notice is to seek sources and identify capabilities to obtain preventative maintenance services from industry. This is not a request for proposal and therefore no proposals are being sought at this time.



The contractor shall inspect and perform preventative maintenance of the equipment listed in the PWS once per year under both plans. The contractor shall schedule preventative maintenance visits shall be scheduled with AFCEC/CXA. During preventative maintenance calls, the contractor shall provide cleaning, alignment, and other necessary maintenance to keep the equipment operational. Labor, travel, living expense, and major parts needed to service the equipment during preventative maintenance visits are included under the service agreement. The contractor shall be certified by Thermo to provide the listed preventive maintenance including any needed company proprietary software fixes that impact the operation of the system.
