This is Amendment 3 to this solicitation, which extends the due date of offers to 5:00pm Est on 08/18/2026.
This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services for off-site sterile processing services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR 12.2, Solicitation, Evaluation and Award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is HT940626QE069. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
