Notice is hereby given that the City of Spokane Valley, Spokane County, Washington will accept sealed bids for the Ridgemont Trenchless Pipe Repair 2026. The project consists of repair of three corrugated stormwater pipes using cure-in-place-pipe methods and other related work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents and Plans.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, cash, cashier’s check, or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposed. Failure to furnish a bid bond in compliance with the City’s bid deposit surety bond form shall make the bid non-responsive and cause the bid to be rejected.

Bids must be submitted electronically in PDF format to: Cory Olson at colson@spokanevalleywa.gov and received not later than 10:00 a.m. PDT, Friday, August 28, 2026.  There will not be a public bid opening, but the bid results tabulation will be sent electronically to all bidders shortly after receipt. After contract award, the quotations will be open to public inspection and available upon electronic request. Any addenda to this project will be uploaded to this website and sent to the original MRSC Roster recipients. Bidders are responsible for confirming whether any addenda have been issued.

The City of Spokane Valley reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time announced for the bid opening, or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.

The City of Spokane Valley, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
