Description:

1.Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Roof Replacement and Repair Services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, parts, travel, vehicles, equipment, permits and incidentals necessary to remove, dispose, repair, and replace the existing roofing at the Caltrans Ojai Maintenance Facility.

2.Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, for a more complete description of services.
