The Florida Department of Revenue hereby issues this Request for Information (“RFI”) seeking responses from interested parties who can offer information on services/software for the implementation of vendor hosted, software as a service (SaaS) emergency mass notification system. The goal of this RFI is to provide the Department with information regarding a solution which definitively provides a service as detailed in the attached document.

Vendor questions are due no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time on November 19, 2025.

Vendor responses are due no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time on December 8, 2025.
