C5612871-D - Elevator Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services

The Contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, lubricants, tools, equipment, transportation, and labor as necessary to provide inspections, maintenance and repairs of elevators as specified herein. Any work not specifically mentioned, but which is needed to ensure the maintenance is complete within the intent, shall be performed without additional cost. The Contractor shall systematically examine, adjust, and lubricate all elevators to provide maintenance as frequently as indicated herein. Services shall be provided for the for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Folsom State Prison (FSP), located at 300 Prison Road, Represa, California 95671.
