Description

The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), Conservation and Protection (C&P) program, has an operational requirement to secure the services of a contractor to provide hail management information receival services.

A contractor is required to provide 24/7 call center services for receiving hail calls and forwarding associated data to DFO.

The system must be operational by April 1, 2025 and must be available until March 31st, 2026.
