CONSTRUCTION INVITATION TO BIDS (ITB’s)

Sealed bids in single copy for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work on Project No. 0003286/SFHWY00453; JNU Glacier Hwy N. & Old Dairy Culvert Replacements, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time October 22, 2026, at the Construction Contracts Office, 1st Floor, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.

This Federally funded project will replace the damaged and plugged culvert beneath Glacier Highway between Radcliffe Rd. and Alder Ct. Refurbish or reconstruct ditches and storm drains along the north and south sides of Glacier Highway around Alder Ct. and Radcliffe Rd. Adjust the grade of ditches on north and south sides of Glacier Highway North to encourage flow toward existing drainage routes. Replace a collapsed culvert under the intersection of Old Dairy Rd., Airport Blvd, and Yandukin Rd. and regrade ditches to drain..

The Engineer's Estimate is between $550,000 and $1,000,000. All work shall be completed by September 30, 2027. This is a Race Neutral project as defined in Section 120 of the Specifications.
