Project Description: The City of Victoria invites proposals from experienced consultants and consulting firms to deliver a comprehensive road safety analysis and strategic assessment in support of the City’s Vision Zero commitment. This project will combine a rigorous review of historical collision data, a jurisdictional benchmarking of Victoria’s road safety performance, and a detailed network screening to identify and prioritize locations for targeted safety interventions.
