BD26-43 Diesel Airboat and Trailer

Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: A diesel airboat for conducting land management activities in shallow wetlands and an accompanying trailer, built to the specifications and dimensions outlined in the scope of work. Must be delivered by May 4th, 2026.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: From time of award until May 4th, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the contract.
