Environmental Field Sampling and Laboratory Testing

Project Description: SCOPE: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) and Niagara Frontier Transit Metro Systems, Inc. (NFTM) hereby seeks proposals that meet the qualifications set forth herein to perform Environmental Field Sampling and Laboratory Testing at various NFTA / NFTM facilities. The purpose of field sampling and the subsequent lab test result analysis is to assess compliance with both regulations and permitted limits applicable to the NFTA/NFTM.
Goals: 0% MBE, 0% WBE, 0% SDVOB
PRE-PROPOSAL/SITE INSPECTION: A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on November 13, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST at 251 BNIA Airport, 251Cayuga Rd, Buffalo NY, 14225.
The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal.

For successful questionnaire and /or Bid/Table template uploads, please ensure you are using Microsoft Office/Excel/Word 2007 or newer.
