Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rule Section 3-05, The NYC Department of Sanitation (DSNY), intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Global Environmental Products for the purchase of Holder Tractors, attachments, spare parts, and related services. DSNY has determined, that Global Environmental Products is the only source and available seller of these products and services for the City of New York. DSNY also received correspondence from Karcher Municipal North America (a subsidiary of Karcher Municipal Company), the manufacturer of the Holder product line affirming that only Global Environmental Products is the sole authorized seller for the City of New York.
