Description

The Coordinating Entity requires a Product that meets or exceeds the following requirements:
  • A currently available web-based mental health and addictions measurement and evidence based assessment system which focuses on assessing mental health and substance use challenges in youth.
  • The system supports digital distribution, completion, submission and analysis  of the assessment tool that can measure the mental health and addictions concerns specified herein.
  • This system can be accessed via web-browser and 3rd party integration with other software products.
  • If the web-browser version is used, all activities related to the screening tool (distribution, completion, return, and analysis) are completed within the web-based application.
  • The web-based application supports multi-factor authentication

Only systems and tools that are readily available at the submission date of the REC will be considered. The Coordinating Entity will not consider systems that are in any phase development or testing.
