Scope of Services
It is the intent of this Request for Proposal for Professional Services (PS) to engage a qualified firm to provide design and permitting of potable water system improvements within the Whitted Neighborhood located in north central Osceola County. These improvements have a high-level conceptual design and are included for reference. The County intends to fund construction through agreements with the State of Florida and United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. The selected Consultant shall assist the County in responding to any request for additional information that the County may receive from the State of Florida or the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. The consultant shall prepare all necessary studies, documents, and notices related to document no negative impact to the surrounding environment or establishing a successful strategy to mitigate any infringements to the physical or geographical environment to obtain approval for a HUD Environmental Review with approval of a Release of Funds pursuant to 24 CFR Part 50 and/or Part 58.
