Project Description: PCMC seeks an On-Call Historic Preservation Professional (“Consultant”) to review reports and plans submitted by applicants, evaluate historic structures, draft site visit findings, monitor historic sites during construction, evaluate City-owned historic sites and preservation plans, prepare reports to support the City’s historic preservation work, and review requests for historic district grants, all on an as needed basis. The contract will be for a period of one year with the option to renew for one additional one-year period.
