Description

The demolition of the existing Bernie MacNeil field, including removal of fencing, dugouts, backstop, outfield grass, infield soil mix, and removal and stockpiling of any required material to create an amicable starting area for new construction. The investigation of existing galvanized pipe coming from neighboring stream/swamp area, including extent, condition and possible issues raised due to extent of pipe. Construction of subsurface drainage system, installation of gravel, concrete bench pads, concrete dug out pad with coordination of Fencing contractor, synthetic turf sub-surface material with coordination of Turf contractor, grading.
