Office on Homeless Services Request for Proposals for Homeless-Funded Services Part 2 2026

The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Office on Homeless Services (OHS), is accepting proposals for programs that support individuals and families experiencing or at-risk of homelessness and those returning from incarceration in Mercer County. Funding is available across multiple services categories and is supported through County, Social Services for the Homeless State and State Reentry FY25 grant funds for 10-months from March 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with a (1) one-year option to extend from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.

County-Funded Homeless Services:

1. Housing First Supportive Services Homeless Trust Fund - $52,040
Grant-Funded Homeless Services:

1. Domestic Violence Shelter Services - $88,584

2. Mercer County Reentry/ Returning Citizens (RCCP) Rapid Rehousing (RRH) Program- $99,630
Jointly Funded Homeless Services: (County and State Grant Funded):

1. Mercer County ID Program - $83,000
The funding allocation is contingent upon the availability of grant funds and the passing of the 2026 and 2027 Mercer County and State fiscal year’s budget.
