Project Description: The selected proposal will operate a fare-free shuttle service connecting Moab and Arches National Park under a Cooperative Management Agreement between Grand County and the National Park Service as a one-year pilot to gather data to refine, improve, and expand a transportation system that addresses congestion, safety, and enhances visitor and resident experience.
