Purchase of Admissions T-Shirts Blanket Bid

ALL BIDS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE LOUISIANA TECH UNIVERSITY OFFICE OF PURCHASING VIA MAIL OR IN PERSON.
The Bidder is solely responsible for ensuring that its courier service provider makes inside deliveries to our physical location. Louisiana Tech
University is not responsible for any delays caused by the bidder’s chosen means of delivery.

The Louisiana Tech University Office of Purchasing is now accepting Sealed Bid solicitations for the Purchase of
Admissions T-Shirts Blanket Bid.
The Office of Admissions will conduct three (3) separate events during the timeframe July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. This
solicitation will result in the issuance of a blanket purchase order for the purchase of T-shirts for these three events.
Quantities listed in this bid are approximate and are provided to allow vendors to provide pricing. Actual quantities will
be determined by the University prior to the event and may or may not exceed quantities listed in this solicitation. Vendors
are also asked to provide pricing for additional units above and beyond the quoted amounts should the University’s need
exceed the requested quantities.
The University will supply artwork to the Awarded Vendor for each event in InDesign CC or pdf ready to print. Artwork
should be proportionally scaled by shirt size, with increased graphic dimensions for sizes 2XL and above. Vendor to account
for this in pricing. Arts, screens, or setup fees shall be included as part of the per unit cost. These costs SHALL NOT be
added as a separate line item to the Request for Quotation. Shipping / Handling costs shall also be included as a part of
the per unit cost if pickup is not available in the Ruston, Louisiana area. These costs SHALL NOT be added as a separate
line item to the Request for Quotation. The Awarded Vendor shall not include costs for arts, screens, setups fees, or
shipping / handling on any invoice provided to the University.
The University will award this solicitation by individual item. Vendors are required to submit pricing for all items / options
in this solicitation. Failure to provide pricing for all items / options listed will cause the vendor’s bid to be deemed as non-
responsive.
The awarding of Item #1 will be based upon lowest total UNIT pricing for options 1a-1f added to 2a-2f. Options 1g-1l and
2g-2l will not be calculated when making the awarding decision. While the item (including both options) will be awarded
to a single vendor, only a single option per item will be ordered by the University.
The awarding of Item #2 will be based upon lowest total UNIT pricing for options 1a-1f. Options 1g-1l will not be calculated
when making the awarding decision.
The awarding of Item #3 will be based upon lowest total UNIT pricing for option 1a-1f added to 2a-2f. Options 1g-1l and
2g-2l will not be calculated when making the awarding decision. While the item (including both options) will be awarded
to a single vendor, only a single option per item will be ordered by the University.
The University additionally reserves the right to reject any and all line items or bids and waives any informalities in the
bidding process.

- Estimated Delivery Date of October 1, 2026
Bulldog Bash T-Shirts
- Gildan 2000 Ultra Cotton Adult T-Shirt with NO front pocket, Royal in color
- Three (3) color front printing with three (3) color full back print (colors to be determined with design)
- Estimated Delivery Date of January 15, 2027
Time Out for Tech Spring T-Shirts
- Gildan 2000 Ultra Cotton Adult T-Shirt with NO front pocket, Cherry Red in color OR
- Comfort Colors 6030 Heavyweight Adult T-Shirt with a front pocket, Crimson in color

- Estimated Delivery Date of March 10, 2027

deemed as non-responsive. Vendors are encouraged to include their own quote for an explanation of your proposed
items, BUT this vendor quote shall not be a substitute for this completed Invitation to Bid Form.
