Brasfield & Gorrie in association with Holt Brothers Construction, is accepting bids from pre-
qualified subcontractors for the City of Raleigh East Civic Tower (ECT) for Bid Package 12D
Ancillary Furniture. A pre-bid will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 3pm in the
Raleigh Municipal Building Room 303. At 222 West Hargett St. Raleigh, NC 27601.

The CMAR and City of Raleigh enthusiastically encourage participation by certified
HUB/MBE/DBE firms and support efforts to ensure and promote opportunities for minority and
women-owned business enterprises (MWBE). The MWBE Program advocates actions, which
increase opportunities for historically underutilized businesses and promote diversity and
inclusion in City of Raleigh contracting.
The City has a goal of 15% of the total contract amount to be performed by MWBE businesses
on construction and repair projects of $300,000 or more, and contracts of $100,000 or more that
include any State funding. All bids shall satisfy requirements of NCGS 143-128.2 and 143-131
and in accordance with City of Raleigh policy. Information regarding the City of Raleigh’s MWBE

Sealed Bids must be hand delivered to Brasfield & Gorrie at 1 pm on Thursday, February 12,
2026 in Room 303 of the Raleigh Municipal Building 222 W Harget Street or mailed to
Brasfield & Gorrie’s Raleigh office for receipt on date prior to bid date. Bids should not be mailed
to the RMB Building. All bids must be delivered by 1:00 pm. Bids will be then opened and read
aloud after closing bidding. Bidders are strongly encouraged to solicit and secure bids from
MWBE (Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise). All bid forms must be submitted in the
City of Raleigh
