The Town of Killingly, Connecticut (“Town”) invites sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide Silicon Dioxide Defoamer, Delivery, located at Killingly Water Pollution Control Facility (“KWPCF”). The goal of this contract is to ensure reliable operation, compliance with safety standards, and minimal downtime. The KWPCF typically consumes approximately 12 – 55-gallon barrels of Silicon Dioxide Defoamer annually, with deliveries generally received in quantities of 2 barrels (110 gallons) per shipment. Actual usage and delivery frequency may vary depending on operational conditions.
