Item Description of Work
.1 Provide and install new weeping tile piping under slab in the basement corridor and connect to existing sump. Rebuild slab after weeping tile installation. Install vinyl flooring in the Corridor to match existing.
.2 Replace existing basement perimeter weeping tile on Southeast side of the building, accessible from building parking lot. Include excavation and refill.
.3 Replace sump that collects underground water from the new basement perimeter weeping tile on the Southeast side of the building and rebuild piping connection to existing sump. Rebuild slab after piping and sump replacement.
