The City of Murphy reserves the right to cancel any request for proposals, quotes, or qualifications, to reject in whole or in part all proposals and waive any minor informalities in the proposal process when it is deemed in the best interests of the City to do so. The City further reserves the right to accept the proposal deemed to be most advantageous to the City. There must be no mention of the Applicant’s fee in the technical proposal. Any mention of the fee therein will subject the proposal to rejection.
