Description View Changes

This is an acquisition to provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services to meet the needs of Deaf or Hard of Hearing Federal employees in the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) office. The contractor shall provide certified ASL Interpreters, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform ASL interpretive services as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract while upholding the Code of Professional Conduct as outlined by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID).







08-27-25: Amend H9821025QE010 0001 posted to provide answers to questions received from contractors.



The Contractor shall provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services to meet the needs of Deaf or Hard of Hearing Federal employees in the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) office onsite as well as virtually.





All quotes are now due at 10:00 AM EST on the 29th August 2025. Quotes submitted after this time will not be accepted.





All questions are due by 11:00 AM EST on the 26th August 2025 and can be sent to me via email at carol.a.johnson218.civ@mail.mil.





Award will be made to the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer, at a price that the Government has determined to be fair and reasonable. Technical acceptability will be based on an Offeror's ability to meet the requirements of the SOW/PWS and delivery schedule. The Technical Acceptability Standards are outlined below:

Acceptable- Quote clearly meets minimum requirements of this RFQ.





Unacceptable- Quote does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of this RFQ.





Please provide a complete quote including: Company Information/POC, CAGE Code, DUNS numbers, Tax Identification (TIN), and Business size. Please insure your company is currently registered in SAM.gov. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed nonresponsive and will not be evaluated.
