This Sources Sought Notice is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 10, Market Research, to provide information for planning purposes only. This Notice shall not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government.





DESCRIPTION: The Rhode Island Army National Guard (RIARNG) has a requirement for two (2) power converters in accordance with the attached specifications (Attachment 1).

NAICS: 335311 - Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing





If your company has the potential capability to privude this requirement through GSA, open market, or both, please submit a capability statement with the following information:




  1. Company Information: Your company's name, address, point of contact with email address and telephone number, Federal Cage Code, Unique Entity Identification (UEI) and business size. Your company must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to receive an award. To register, go to https://www.sam.gov.

  2. Question 1: Are you able to supply this item to the Government IAW Attachment 1?

  3. Question 2: If you answered yes to Question 1, please provide a description and/or specifications of the product being offered that meets the characteristics.

  4. Question 3: Please state if you are a certified Small Business (8a, WOSB, HUBZone, or SDVOSB) or a Large Business. Applicable NAICS code 335311 - Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing; Size Standard: 800 employees.





All qualified business concerns are encouraged to respond. Questiosn regarding the requirement are also encouraged. The deadline for response to this notice is no later than 1700 EST, 05 March 2026.
