Contractor shall provide professional services for the AMATS: Spenard Road Rehab project that may include environmental activities, hydraulic/hydrologic design, traffic and safety analysis, surveying and mapping services, geotechnical investigation/recommendations, public involvement, landscaping, reports and memoranda, erosion and sediment control plan, plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimate, utility agreements, right of way appraisal, acquisition & relocation services, assistance during bidding, assistance with design project closeout, and assistance during construction. In addition, it is anticipated that services for two other named projects, including the AMATS: Dale Street and Folker Street Reconstruction project may be added by amendment.
