The Owner will receive bids for the furnishing of all, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the

project until 2:00 PM CST, March 18, 2026, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud

via a live video conferencing platform. Those desiring to attend the conference should contact the KLM

representative below to obtain access information.
There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this Project.

with the preparation of the bid are to be borne by the bidder.
All bids shall be accompanied by a 5% bid bond payable to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota.
