The main items of Work in this Contract include the following:

The demolition of current exterior staircase, including the infill repairs to existing
doorways and asphalt.
-
New construction of steel framed enclosed exterior staircase complete with
vestibule, fire escape and new concrete apron.
-
The retrofit of existing roof membrane over existing mechanical room and installation of
new membrane, slope package, and wood curb.
-
Installation of exterior sprinkler system and installation/relocation of lighting
as dictated in the contract documents.
