The purpose of this solicitation for four (4) Truck 5 Ton Jet Vacuum Loaders 16 CU YD (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a supplier as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regard to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship. JEA requires the four (4) units to be delivered after October 1, 2026. All units must be tested and delivered to the JEA Fleet Facility (5717 New Kings Road Jacksonville, Florida 32209) in complete operational condition, with all required equipment and documentation by the date specified per awarded contract.
