This is a Sources Sought Notice issued to ONLY identify construction contractors capable of completing the planned B025S SUBSTATION 480V FEEDER RE-ROUTE & REPLACEMENT PROJECT. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotations, and no award will be made from this SAM.gov Notice. SLAC intends to issue a formal solicitation later based on responses from this Source Sought Notice.

PLANNED SCOPE AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The overall B025S Substation 25S SWGR Replacement & MV Upgrades program includes replacement and upgrade of electrical distribution equipment at Substation 25S to improve reliability, safety, and code compliance.
SLAC is seeking the services of a qualified construction contractor to complete the scope in the attached Statement of Work (SOW), which includes re-routing an underground 480V feeder, between Substation 25S and the buildings (B025, B034, B003, and B024) served by Substation 25S. Work includes installation of new conduits, feeders, duct banks, routing, associated civil work, terminations, testing, etc.as mentioned on the design documents and outlined in this SOW.
