WILLIAM RICE COMPLEX PAVILION PROJECT

The Town of Wrentham invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the William Rice Complex Pavilion Project #27-002, as set forth in the bid specifications.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M IFB and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M inclusive with a single construction award for the project.

Bids shall be sealed and properly identified as WILLIAM RICE COMPLEX PAVILION PROJECT #27-002 and delivered or mailed to the Town of Wrentham Administration Office, Attn: Michael King, Town Manager, 79 South Street, Wrentham, MA 02093 no later than 2:00 PM, September 24, 2026.  Bids shall be publicly opened and read by the Town representative at this time. Hours for the office are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm, Tuesday 8:00am to 7:30pm and closed on Friday.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid walk through at the William Rice Complex, Wrentham, MA – Recreation Office on September 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

General Contractor questions are due by 5:00 PM September 18, 2026, however earlier questions are encouraged.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to award the contract deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Wrentham.
