PRESOLICITATION NOTICE
Project 658-24-108
Replace Overhead Paging System

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem, Virginia has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to complete a two-phase design/build project for the replacement of overhead paging system. This project outlines both the demolition and new work associated with the overhead paging system at the Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC), Salem, Virginia.

The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 to $1,000,000.
NAICS CODE: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction
SBA Size Standard: $45 Million

This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about Tuesday, January 28, 2025. Any specifications, drawings, and amendments will be posted on this website. The proposal will be due approximately 40 days after the issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
