NASPO ValuePoint is conducting a Request for Proposal (RF P ) for Body Armor and Ballistic Resistant Products. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish Master Agreements with qualified bidders, to provide Body Armor and Ballistic Resistant Products for all Participating States. The objective of this RFP is to obtain best value, and in some cases achieve more favorable pricing, than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities.

The State of Minnesota is publicizing this opportunity and may choose to participate in the resulting contract(s). The State of Minnesota is not conducting this solicitation. Direct all questions and correspondence to the lead state as detailed in the solicitation announcement.
