Water Utility Technical Advisory Service

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Halifax Regional Water Commission (“Halifax Water”) to qualified prospective proponents to submit proposals for (but not limited to), unlimited analyst calls, coaching and project assistance, online learning events and training platform, contract review, Concierge Services, Benchmarking, and Workshops as a membership based service to an Information Technology (IT) focused research organization. to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Water Utility Technical Advisory Service. The selected organization should provide a membership basis for access to a web-based IT research and analyst advisory services to unclassified data, analysis, and advisory services, preferably with a focus on Water Utilities, Further details are outlined in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
