Synopsis:
|
|
The R.M. of Brock No. 64 is requesting Proposals for crushing asphalt gravel. The RM requires approximately 7000t of gravel, 5100t of crusher dust, and 5100t of sand, with the following specifications:
Gravel – 100% passing the 12.5mm and less than 10% passing the 5mm sieve. One face fracture at minimum 93%;
Crusher Dust – 100% passing the 9.0mm, greater than 90% passing the 5.0mm, keep the 71UM sieve under 10% to help cleanliness;
Sand – 100% passing the 9.0mm.
The gravel pit is located at: NE 36-08-05 W2.

Proposals may be delivered in person to the R.M. office located at 760 Railway Avenue, Kisbey, SK.; electronically to rm64@signaldirect.ca; or through regular mail via Canada Post. Proposals are to be submitted in English only. The email delivery size shall be no larger than 20MB. The subject line shall read: Gravel Crush RFP 2026.
Proposals must be received in the Municipal Office by June 9th, 2026, at 4:00pm. Proposals received after the Submission Deadline will not be accepted.
