Invitation to Tender: 2025 Pumper Truck

The RM of Argyle is inviting sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of one new custom-built Pumper Truck. The unit must comply with all applicable NFPA 1900 / CAN/ULC-S515-24 standards and must undergo full testing prior to delivery.

This purchase is jointly funded by the Rural Municipality of Argyle and the Government of Manitoba through the Municipal and Northern Relations GRO Grant Program (50/50 cost-share).
Submission Deadline:

Tenders must be received no later than June 09, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.

Tenders will be evaluated based on the following:

• Compliance with required specifications to meet the department’s needs
• Price and delivery timeline
• Warranty and after-sales service
• References and past experience

Terms and Conditions:

• The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
• The RM of Argyle reserves the right to negotiate with the preferred proponent.
• All costs incurred by bidders in the preparation and submission of the tender are the sole responsibility of the bidder.
