Synopsis:

CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 4 south of Rosetown approximately 1.3 km north of its junction with Grid 752 to approximately 4.5 km north of its junction with Highway No. 15; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 29.65 km.
