| Notes | The City of Farmington, New Mexico ("OWNER") is requesting Bids to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials for utility locating and mapping services for approximately 1,248,000 linear feet of main sanitary sewer and about 16,500 service laterals. GPS data will be collected with at least 6-inch spatial accuracy and delivered to the City of Farmington in Shapefile format, using the NAD 1983 StatePlane New Mexico West FIPS 3003 (US Feet) system for GIS integration. The contractor will handle traffic control and permitting as needed. Physical markers will be placed at a 90° angle to the main line at service tap locations, with different markers for hard and soft surfaces. Jet-rodding services will be provided if necessary. Unless otherwise stated in the Contract Documents, Engineering for this project, along with the Contract Documents, was completed by the City of Farmington, Municipal Annex Building, 805 Municipal Drive, Farmington, New Mexico. |
