Notice To Bidders
The Muskingum County Commissioners will accept qualifications from engineering firms for possible upcoming Telemetry and Rehabilitation and Scada system upgrades for the Water Department. Therefore, the following Request for Qualifications is being posted for public information for Professional Services for Complete Telemetry Rehabilitation and SCADA System Upgrades. Muskingum County reserves the right to design projects with county employees as needed.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Board of Muskingum County Commissioners,
401 Main Street, Zanesville, Ohio, 43701, until 2:00 p.m., November 21, 2025 , and will be
opened immediately thereafter for Senior Center Retaining Wall Replacement located at
160 North 4th Street, Zanesville, Ohio. Board of Commissioners will consider submitted Bids
at their regular session November 24, 2025.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its bid, a Bid Guaranty in accordance with section
153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code.
