THIS IS JUST THE JUSTIFICATION - The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Code 11D has a requirement for the Enterprise Safety Applications Management System (ESAMS) software licenses which is a fully integrated and powerful cloud-based application for use at several facilities that span different geographic areas. The system is a centralized database that contains personnel and their respective duties/tasks. Access to information is controlled at multiple levels-individuals, supervisor, department, and multi-department, as well as other higher management positions. This, combined with module-specific access, provides the maximum flexibility in user accessibility to data.
